You are invited to take a walk down the most attractive street in town - J. Basanavičiaus Street leading to the Sea Pier. This symbol of the resort town has a special history.  At the start of Love Alley you’ll hear a romantic story about Jūratė and Kastytis telling an incredible version of amber origin.

Also, amber picking tricks on the seacoast of Palanga will be disclosed to You. We’ll visit one of the most beautiful parks in Lithuania – the Palanga Botanical Gardens. You’ll hear the legend about the priestess Birutė who used to keep holy fire in a pagan sanctuary.

You’ll also see the majestic palace of Count Felix Tyszkiewicz and, if You wish, we’ll visit the Amber Museum housed in the palace.

The sculpture "Eglė - the queen of the grass snakes" will show us out of the picturesque park.

During the tour You will find out about the origins and properties of amber and see an original collection of guide Igoris.

Amber catching, picking and gathering tricks will be disclosed to You. The bravest will be able to try their strength with a scoop net in the sea waves.
